I am Dante Harker,  a British Counsellor, PT and Multidisciplinary Therapist (Counselling, Hypnosis, NLP, Time Line, Parts and Psychosexual Therapy) with 20 years of experience helping clients.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Coach, this puts me in an excellent position to advise on diet, exercise and mental wellbeing.

I use a combination of therapies which are tailored to the individual client’s needs. This ensures you get the right, confidential support.

Therapy sessions are in person in Langold, or anywhere over Zoom.

I use many techniques and treatments to help with different issues. These include:

  • General Counselling: To help you share your issues without judgement.
  • Hypnosis: A means of working with your superpower subconscious mind to help get quicker resolutions to issues than standard talking therapies or more conscious therapies such as CBT.
  • Parts Therapy: Often, we feel that one part of us wants one thing and another part wants another – this powerful therapy helps those parts find a compromise to move you forward.
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP): This is a series of techniques that are used to build confidence, removing phobias, and they are excellent for future planning and decision making.
  • Timeline therapy/regression/inner child work: These are a powerful set of techniques and are effective in dealing with anxiety/depression and trauma.
  • Psychosexual Therapy: A set of techniques that work specifically with sex related issues, whatever they may be (I’ve been a therapist for 20 years, so don’t worry, I won’t shock or judge – I’m here to help) – See Men’s Issues.
